This travel site definitely has a lot of potential but for the time being we re still rating it a flop !

This site is up and coming still a flop, but keep an eye out for them as they definitely have a lot of potential!
The design is empty and leaves too much room for the imagination. It definitely didn t do anything to peak our interest.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

The navigation wasn t bad there s lot to choose from and not enough logic behind the link placement. Other travel blog sites still are doing a better job.

Who is this blogger? We looked at the description or bio of the bloggers.

The site is a little to Facebook like. We all love Facebook, but sometime a little originality can go a long way .

Why is it different to other blogs? We graded originality and innovation. .

Not to be repetitive but this site definitely lack originality. Facebook has enough travel groups. Isn t this site supposed to be for bloggers specifically

How interactive is this site? Is there a Facebook Group? Twitter? RSS feeds? Linked In? We found out.

You can definitely increase your social network with this site as its modeled on Facebook but (like Facebook) it lacks the depth that other, better travel blog sites have.

Size isn't everything, but it counts right? Here we looked at the length of the posts.

Their still relatively small but they re growing. We truly believe that this site has a lot of room for improvement.

Is this site up-to-date? Number of updated, relevant and quality news stories.

Other travel blogs update you with more detailed accounts of what your friends/family members are up to. This site only gives short updates. Not so conducive for a travel site better for social networking site.

What else can I do here? We gave extra points to sites with RSS feeds, video, HD, mobile and audio.
There isn t a place to post videos, interactive maps, podcasts and some features that better travel blogs have.

Hi there, appreciate taking a look at the site, but it seems the premise of the review is very shallow and off-base. All the very engaged members at Travel Blog Exchange aren't there to get inspired to travel, share travel stories, or to look at fancy web design.

They're there to network and discuss the topic of travel blogging, very specifically. It also helps disseminate information on our annual event which draws hundreds of TBEX members. It's not a travel blog. You missed the point entirely.

Also: though your review says there's no place to upload video and other items, there in fact is. I think your review was pretty surface-deep if the reviewer didn't even notice what the whole point of the site ks for visiting anyway!
