From the feedback we got, their customer service is so poor that most customers weren t interested in returning.

You can find good prices but the problem is that ArgusCarHire.com acts like a middleman so many times there are things lost in communication and people s reservations are ruined (e.g., wrong car, wrong date, wrong price). This is a sure-fire way to turn off customers.

You can rent a car online but this third party company does the booking for you, so you re not really able to control the details of your reservation, which can be costly later on when it s time to pick up the car.

They do offer an impressive array of destinations.

They are not very helpful when it comes to the planning process and to boot, when there are problems they are not accommodating and willing to offer alternative suggestions for problems they re responsible for.
