RhinoCarHire.com is a flashy site reminiscent of an indoor playground for kids. The prices are cheap but the service is tacky.
Design:

They ve got potential but at the end of the day the service just doesn t cut it and when you re renting a car, you just don t want to take risks..

We didn t like the design. It was too cluttered and too bright. Not very professional looking at all.
Navigation:

Navigation wasn t great as the home page was too cluttered it was easy to get confused and overwhelmed when carrying out simple search.
Green Factor:

They don t offer green options for car rentals
Returning Customer:

If you re looking for few options and average service, you ll probably be one of their returning customers. Otherwise, go elsewhere for more.
Value for Money:

The prices here are good but the service isn t. Therefore, we say that this isn t the best value for your money, but it s certainly not the worst.
Reservation:

You can rent a car online and they also have online chat options as well as toll free US/UK number to call for assistance. However, it was hard to reach a representative and we spend a good deal of time waiting.
Destinations :

They don t offer a competitive number of destinations outside of North America.
Planning:

They are helpful in the planning process as they have an informative blog as well as a route planner. We felt that this service was really only relevant for UK and US destinations.
