Booking cheap flights online should be simple and smooth. The idea is to ultimately be saving money however, once you start running into problems (overcharging, incorrect booking, hidden fees, poor customer service) we say turn around and run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. That's what we have to say about cheapoair.com.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

Why book at a site that still hasn't earned the respect of travellers worldwide Until they iron out their problems, we say go elsewhere.

Navigation was standard but things were lacking such as searching flights by flexible dates, for example.

Where in the world can I go? We grade the airlines on the number and range of destinations bookable online; are they global enough for us?.

They offer a good array of domestic and international destinations however taxes and fees are hidden until you book and we saw some fees for domestic travel flights that were over $100. So, be careful!

Are you saving money? Booking direct with the airline should save you money, but we compare to other airlines running the same route, and the bookers to find out if this site holds true to that..

People say that you get what you pay for. We disagree as we've seen many excellent cheap flight search/booking websites. Stay away from sites like cheapoair.com that simply don't have the same big infrastructure as some of the their competitors.

Cheapoair.com doesn't offer the option for online check-in.

What kind of deals do these sites offer? Are there last minute specials to be had, and what about a winter clearance? We evaluate the frequency and decency of their deals..
They do have a section for special deals but we advise booking only at your own risk. We've encountered countless complains of overbooking, charging extra hidden fees, and not paying the airline in time so that when you get to the airport the ticket agent will tell you that you don't have a ticket. Too risky in our opinion!
