When we first heard about DoHop.com travel guide Dozentravel was really excited to check it out the idea to have an all-inclusive flight connecting flights planner (including low-cost airlines and all regular flights) seemed great. However, in practice it really disappoints. Here's why:

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

The idea of planning your cheap connecting flights is nice idea but dohop.com's poor navigation and unfriendly site make it a flop.

At a first glance the site looks cool but in reality it's really difficult to navigate. The interactive map is difficult to follow it's too crowded and leaves too much room for error (clicking on the wrong destination) which just takes up time and energy for no apparent reason. The initial text search is also problematic as it doesn't let you narrow down your search from the beginning and only asks you where and when you want to go.

Where in the world can I go? We grade the airlines on the number and range of destinations bookable online; are they global enough for us?.

When it comes to destinations, they offer 600 airlines in their database. It's impressive but the search is terrible! When you put in your desired route the site brings up a list of airlines (logos that you click on) however we searched for JFK LHR and EVERY single airline had an error message we couldn't get anywhere!

Are you saving money? Booking direct with the airline should save you money, but we compare to other airlines running the same route, and the bookers to find out if this site holds true to that..

This is a search engine so granted, you'll eventually be able to find a good deal on flights,. However, you'll spend hours searching and dealing with frustrating site bugs and poor navigation! Better find your value elsewhere, where you save both time AND money.

This site only shows you where to find cheap flights, therefore it doesn't offer online check-in.

We found some links to special offer on hotel and car rental but what about cheap flights There is no special section for special deals or offers.

Do they meet your needs? What are the advance search options on the site and how flexible or specific do they allow you to be? Can you view flights in a calendar view, and can you search for a specific flight time?.

We were disappointed with the basic search never mind the advanced search! If you call the interactive map an advanced search then we give them two thumbs down. Hard to navigate, confusing and a frustrating time-waster. Looking for an easy way to find cheap flights Move on!
