When we first heard about DoHop.com we were really excited to check it out the idea to have an all-inclusive flight connecting flights planner (including low-cost airlines and all regular flights) seemed great. However, in practice this travel site? really disappoints. Here's why:

With so many complaints filed against them and truly sub-par customer service, we say get your cheap tickets elsewhere!

Navigation here was fairly standard, we weren't too disappointed here but the troubles that we've come to learn about aren't related to navigation...

Where in the world can I go? We grade the airlines on the number and range of destinations bookable online; are they global enough for us?.

They offer a good selection of both US domestic and international cheap flights. The problem with globester.com is that their tickets are usually not useable but we'll get to that in a second.

Are you saving money? Booking direct with the airline should save you money, but we compare to other airlines running the same route, and the bookers to find out if this site holds true to that..

When it comes to value for your money, they offer the same prices as other cheap flight consolidators. However, the consistent complains we keep coming across with regards to this site is that people get to the airport to be told that the ticket they bought through Globester.com isn't good! So when it comes to value for your money we say this is a TOTAL flop.

Can I check-in online? Does the website give you the chance or have links to check-in online, and more importantly, how easy is the process?.

Globester.com doesn't offer online check-in and worst of all, when you go to regularly check-in with the airline at the airport, if you book with this site expect problems! So many other have reported serious problems with tickets (i.e., Globester hasn't paid the airline or the ticket was booked once the flight was already full, etc.)

What kind of deals do these sites offer? Are there last minute specials to be had, and what about a winter clearance? We evaluate the frequency and decency of their deals..

They seem to have tons of deals on cheap flights by airline. However, with their track record we still say stay far away the bait might look tasty but you'll be left out to dry once you need your ticket and/or a refund!

What flight clubs are on offer? How do these sites treat their regular customers? Points for handling pre-flight requests, giving us the VIP treatment, and frequent flyer bonuses.

They don't offer any loyalty clubs which makes sense as they probably don't have a lot of customers that stick around...

Do they meet your needs? What are the advance search options on the site and how flexible or specific do they allow you to be? Can you view flights in a calendar view, and can you search for a specific flight time?.

They offer a travel blog for America but they don't offer tons of relevant resources that clearly advertise cheap flights and accommodations.

Globester.com accepts all major credit cards but from what we've researched... buy at your own risk! We feel that it's a good rule of thumb to only purchase from a site that has solid customer service. Try calling before you book from our trials it was near impossible to reach a live representative at Globester.
